Quel est le code SH pour « tilapia » ?

Les produits décrits comme « tilapia » sont généralement classés dans la position 0302 / 0303 / 0304 du SH, sous-position 0304.61 / 0303.23 / 0304.31 / 0302.71. Confirmez le code national complet dans le tarif douanier du pays importateur.

Le code SH est-il le même dans tous les pays ?

Les 6 premiers chiffres sont identiques dans tous les pays qui utilisent le HS 2022. Chaque pays ajoute ses propres chiffres (généralement jusqu'à 8 ou 10) et fixe le taux de droit : vérifiez donc le tarif douanier du pays de destination.

Et si mon produit est différent ?

La matière, la fonction et la présentation du produit peuvent modifier la position. Cherchez votre propre description dans la recherche de code HS, lisez les notes de chapitre et, en cas de doute, demandez conseil à un commissionnaire en douane ou un avis de classement à l'administration des douanes.
